The U.S. Government now requires your business to provide Regal Wholesale with specific documents before buying tobacco, vaporizers, vape-related products and nicotine-related products regardless if they contain nicotine, nic-free herbs, CBD, delta 8, or any other vaping product.

We require all businesses to submit a EIN Letter or equivalent federal registration proof. Additionally, we will need a copy of each document that you are required to possess to lawfully sell ENDS products in your state (this might be a tobacco license, a regular business license, Sales Tax Permit or OTP license you have with the state), and a government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport. Each document must be current and active.
